I heard it maybe sorta kinda snowed a little in Minnesota last night? Is that true? The temps are dropping, and when they do, few things hit the spot like a grilled cheese. This is my Cuban-style grilled cheese, made with pork, ham, pickles and mustard. I could eat this ever day.

We took the kids to Benihana tonight in Orlando, which felt like the most Orlando experience ever. The kids had the best time ever, and my 6-year-old said it is the best restaurant she’s ever been to. Is there a mega-chain restaurant that you love?
