This trip of a lifetime will take place from October 28 to November 6. We’ll eat street food together in Ballarò market, stroll historical sites, wine, dine and get to some amazing restaurants. There is a cooking class or two, tastings, plenty of free time and some world class accommodations from Mt. Etna to Catania, Palermo to Taormina.

Don’t be surprised when I take you across a busy street to grab armloads of artichokes for cooking a snack later that day! 

What the world knows as “Sicilian-style” pizza originated in Palermo, where locals favor slab-style pies cut into hefty squares. It’s a happy marriage between traditional Italian focaccia and the New World tomatoes introduced by Spanish merchants and, yeah, I have a few I need you to try.
