These are my current favorite, and with their garlicky-gingery batter and jammy mustard sauce, they'll soon be in heavy rotation in your house, too.
Ten years ago, there were no chicken sandwiches. Well, I mean, there were, but they weren’t a THING the way they are now. Is there a hotter food item than a fried chicken sandwich these days?
I make several versions that everyone in the family loves, and I think this one is my current favorite. A quick marinade, the sweetness from the par-cooked garlic/ginger, the killer jammy mustard sauce. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do.
