Hello Spilled Milkers! I’m coming to you New York City this week, fresh off a trip to Cayman. Before I dive into your questions, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the loss of legendary chef André Soltner.
I had the honor of getting to know him over the years—both as a chef and as a friend—and he’s truly one of the greats, a real pro’s pro.
His dedication to Lutèce was inspiring, and his impact is indelible on food scenes across North America and the world. Adieu, mon ami.
In addition to André Soltner’s legacy, I’m also discussing David Lynch, restaurants interacting with the new administration, London recommendations and more.
