1. I Can’t Take the Heat

It’s been one of those weeks. A few days ago it was revealed that the previous week was the hottest, globally, in recorded human history. And this week may break that record.

So forgive me if I am a little depressed and cynical. So before I dive in, please, go make a batch of this cold Turkish cucumber soup, because you will need it.
