New Year’s Eve is close. What are you planning to make?
Whether you’re hosting for a crowd or flying solo, you can make just about anything from this list of hors d’oeuvres. One-pot sticky chicken wings, fried artichokes with lemon aioli, or Spanish-style baked clams would also play well for a New Year’s Day game day menu.
And if you’re looking for brunch recipes for the first morning of 2023, try one of these recipes. Maybe you ring in the new year with shrimp and grits, kimchi pancakes, or a sweet & savory breakfast hash?
Perhaps you want to make something really special and fun for your New Year’s dinner. Or maybe you want to impress someone. Or spoil yourself.
This raw tuna and caviar is a superb choice as a small course. You could also pair it with oysters, champagne, and a bowl of winter greens in a citrus vinaigrette for a divine meal. The components are easy to build. I like to place the oils in squeeze bottles, but that’s me. You can also use small Tupperware or similar containers instead.
