If you were to restart Bizarre Foods, where is the first place you would go that you didn't do an episode on in the first run?
Just read your piece on Austin & tacos. Which had me pissed of because I cannot recall the name of 1 place I have eaten in Austin. Which led to my question, please tell me you do not retain all of this knowledge of these countless restaurants & dishes without assistance?! Do you keep a food journal of some sort? I am constantly taking notes of unique bites to try and reproduce at home, and the idea that your brain stores all this info…makes my head hurt a little.
Can you share your experience traveling the globe in recovery, staying sober, etc…? How has it affected your recovery? I’m 22 years sober and I follow you for my love of food, travel and recovery.

I know what you’re thinking: why does a guy like me need your $6?
A lot of people ask how I do it all. The truth is, I don’t. Between my marketing business, my production company, and my hospitality company, I employ a lot of talented people. I can’t do what I do without them. The small subscription fee helps compensate my team fairly, keep the lights on, and (let’s be honest) stock the fridge.
