What “belongs” in chili?
I want to know what you think chili is all about. Is it just beans? Beans and meat? Doesn’t matter as long as it has lots of red hot chile peppers?

I have no horse in this game except that I make at least five different types and two of them are here for you to check out…. My green chili and my black bean chili.
Black Bean & Pork Chili with Mexican Fiesta Seasoning
Serve this chili with bowls of limes, minced chiles, homemade hot sauce, sour cream, sliced avocado, farmhouse cheddar cheese, corn chips and warm flour tortillas.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 slices of bacon, chopped
2 pounds trimmed pork shoulder, cut into 1/3-inch dice
