This Week’s AMA Questions:

Michael M
What do you think of the saturation with cooking competition television and the lack of cooking instruction shows? I really miss the old Emeril and Batali shows where they just taught you how to cook. And why did The Travel Channel go to all ghosts, all the time?

Clark
Is there a non-stick pan you love? Sometimes it’s just the right tool for the job, but I haven’t found one I love. Either it gets easily scratched, works but feels like it’s giving me cancer, or is more “natural” but doesn’t work well. Help!

I know what you’re thinking: why does a guy like me need your $6?

A lot of people ask how I do it all. The truth is, I don’t. Between my marketing business, my production company, and my hospitality company, I employ a lot of talented people. I can’t do what I do without them. The small subscription fee helps compensate my team fairly, keep the lights on, and (let’s be honest) stock the fridge.
