Chef, Heading to Belfast and Edinburgh. Can you pleas recommend "off the grid" restaurants that do not include touristy places. We like to travel Anthony Bourdain/Andrew Zimmern style. Thank you very much.

I grew up drinking Coffee Time syrup, aka coffee milk, when my parents had their coffee after dinner. When I started as a manager at Kalustyan's in NYC, I brought it in. It's been fun talking to other New Yorkers( I was raised upstate by parents from Brooklyn) about it.

We will be adding this to our website on Monday for your customers - foodsofnations.com

Chef, In regards to Kosher Salt, I noticed a difference in sodium levels between Morton (More sodium content) and Diamond Crystal Salt (Less sodium content). Do you have a preference in your kitchen?

Thanks-Jeff G

Any chance you’ll be at the National Restaurant Association Show this weekend?( I just can’t being myself to use the acronym). If so, swing by Sweet Grass Dairy booth 8178 in the North building @ Taste Of The States.

I’d love to share some cheese with you!

This link includes many more Upstate New York canal and lake tours than just the Erie Canal that its name implies: https://eriecanalway.org/explore/boating/tours-rentals. And if you want to rent your own canal boat, for longer trips on the Erie Canal this is one option: https://eriecanaladventures.com/who-would-like-this/

Andrew, we are just such huge fans!

We have watched every episode of The Zimmern List, Bizzare Foods - Delicious Destinations, Driven by Food - TWICE. We not only love your shows but we love Andrew the person!

We have wanted to connect with you for years and share our life-changing family food history,

heritage flavours and spices with you.

Are you still casting for Family Dinner and if yes how do we request to invite you over? Is there anything that we can do to invite you to share a bite with our family?
