I grew up drinking Coffee Time syrup, aka coffee milk, when my parents had their coffee after dinner. When I started as a manager at Kalustyan's in NYC, I brought it in. It's been fun talking to other New Yorkers( I was raised upstate by parents from Brooklyn) about it.

Chef, In regards to Kosher Salt, I noticed a difference in sodium levels between Morton (More sodium content) and Diamond Crystal Salt (Less sodium content). Do you have a preference in your kitchen?
