I’ve made this recipe of yours, I’d argue “serves 6”…may be a stretch😂 I think 2 of us killed the platter. Delicious!

Super Bowl means grilling…rain, cold, snow…grill is the star. Something roasting slowly thru the 1st half.

With nibbles popped on along the way. My fav! Shrimp; butterflied stuffed with chihuahua cheese @ jalapeño…wrapped in bacon. Tossed on grill. Rarely make it to a plate. “Grill snacks”

Can't wait to try this recipe, thank you for sharing. The photo of the Shrimp looks delicious.

Will give it a try this Valentine's, for this Sunday we'll be grilling those little lamb steaks that look like mini T-bones with Greek potatoes & peasant salad

Your shrimp sounds delish! I was going to smoke some wings but these sound even better! I'm also making pulled pork totchos and will attempt a pickled brussels dill dip for the first time! Cheers!

Recently had a left over pork chop that I cut up and put into our mini blender to chop finely. Added a little cream cheese and hot sauce to make Buffalo Pork stuffed celery ribs served with blue cheese dressing. Delicious!

Mmm. Think this would work on the air fryer?

Won't be quite the same, but probably pretty delicious.

I'm not a fan of butter in any wing sauce. I find it takes away the flavor of the hot sauce. Is it really needed?

It helps coat the food as it starts to set up; hot sauce alone tends to be very runny. You could try experimenting with less butter or adding cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce a little.

Not a fan of fried foods, so could the shrimp be baked? If so, could you explain process to do so?

I am huge firecracker shrimp fan but am not so big a blue cheese guy. Any suggestions on a replacement ? Also, what is the heat level? I like it spicy! Going to give it a whirl this Superbowl though

Ranch seasoning with Greek yogurt is a healthy alternative.
