Looks like you're cooking with Hexclad. I was looking at the Stanley Tucci set, but would you say Hexclad pans are a better purchase for a kitchen upgrade in general?

Hadn’t heard of Utica Greens or Chicken Riggies until we moved up here 15 years ago. However, my husband, who is first generation Italian American ( his Naples, Italy-born Mom was a war bride when she met her American husband in 1946) never made either of those dishes when he was growing up near Utica) . Apparently, Dad liked “American food” (think of the line from the movie Breaking Away.) But have to say, both of those dishes are palate pleasing. ❤️
