I used the Himalayan rock salt brine egg for my roasted poultry last night, and it was a game-changer. The meat was perfectly tender, and the flavors were outstanding. I'll never roast poultry without it again!

Very nice! An elegant alternative to my normal standing at the counter and pulling pieces off and eating them one at a time, lol.
