I have started the Mediterranean diet and since I now eat like a gerbil, I like to assemble the little amounts of "stuff" I m eating on a platter. My mind says it's attractive and my taste buds are delighted. I've lost about 10 pounds in 3 weeks. So even though I have had to give up my European butter, deli cured meats, mayonnaise, pasta and potatoes, I am enjoying the rabbit food more than I expected. I am so into " eat this not that" that I am always experimenting and finding new foods to try. Thanks for helping us all out. You are the best.

My favorite way to show off food. It wows you with the bounty and if you stick around, it can fill you up too early and put you out of the late game eating. I am making this to tease my family.

Yummy looking board! Boards to me are always better when there is a little something homemade on them, that relish is a nice touch. And that knife 🧡 Kanso is the series of Shun that I have, the handle is just perfect fit for my hand. But I don’t have that lovely, yet. Now how do I tag Santa on substack? 🎅 #santayoupayinattention

I’m having trouble finding the best bleu cheese for this. Some are too dry and bland and some are over the top pungent. Do you have any suggestions?
