Is it a ‘real’ pizza if it has sauerkraut or pineapple?
How do you feel about honesty and authenticity in your food? Does it matter to you?
I have had honest, authentic food that has been thoroughly unenjoyable and I have had gimmicky oddball stuff that has been crave worthy and delicious. So is it about the taste or the intellectual rigor?
Is there a balance to be struck?
Should we always ask ourselves who is cooking what, for whom and when? Maybe that’s a better question. Thoughts?
