Love making galettes. This apple one looked delicious! Made a pear & (sorry AZ) walnut topped with some chunks of Gorgonzola last week.

Have used AZ’s crust recipe often, it’s perfect! And never thought to add crème fraiche to the whipped crème. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve got to up my whipped topping game….👩‍🎨

The video shows sliced apples, as does the picture. The instructions say "peel, core and dice the apples." Which is it? I'm for following the video, but then the instructions should be changed.

The written recipe should state to flatten the apples once added to pastry. Also, as apple sizes vary, approximately how many cups of sliced apples do you use? Thanks.
