Nice episode, beef tartare is a favorite, so many variation, of which this looks stellar... seem like a excellent Game Day nosh for my gang of meat eaters, so now you know what I'm doing sunday morning... knowing the this gang, I think your Beef Carpaccio would be a fitting dish to compliment for these carnivorous comrades...
