How are a tian and ratatouille different?

The tian is baked in the oven, and a ratatouille is slowly cooked together on the stovetop. Similar though.

Clicked link... Watched video... Looks absolutely delicious... Checked my frig, have all the ingredients, even your AZ Italian seasoning... Time to get busy in the kitchen... Surely my friends will flip when served... Bet this taste fabulous after being refrigerated 24 hours, and letting those veggie-juices marry & meld.... I'll let you know who drooled 1st, yet I will not provide a photo...

OMG does this look good and reasonably easy. Can't wait to try it. There doesn't seem to be any ingredient that is a no no. How exciting. Thank you for sharing this. Love your lessons on knife skills. Spent many years as a hairdresser and the better the blade, the better the cut.
