Yummmmm. Yummy spring lamb. You should do a whole article on goat and our lack of that meat on US menus. I've never tried it and heard it's wonderful. In our area of the country a lot of people grow them but I wouldn't have clue one how to prepare it.
Pickled cherries are such a wonderful addition to so many roasted meats. The first time I served them, everyone was WHAT?? No one had had them before. I can't wait to try your recipe for added spice and flavor level. I concur re: NWNancy re: info for cooking goat. I am intrigued to cook it and have a local source for frozen goat. I have never seen fresh goat here in the NorthEast.
