What highly processed food do you know you shouldn’t like, shouldn’t eat and should never admit to loving…. but simply adore?
I know, it’s a hard world out there, and while I try, I really try to eat all natural wholesome foods, and avoid foods that when consumed clash with my core values system (hello, giant blue fin tuna), sometimes I regress into being the big lotus eater that I am.
So what’s the one for me these days… instant ramen.
And I fool myself by saying sometimes I am just using the noodles, but in so many of the Japanese and Korean brands I buy, I cant help but use all the seasoning packets and everything else that goes along with it.
Raisinets are another, BUT, and it’s a big one… I love Kraft Singles American cheese. It’s arguably the most processed food I can think o,f and for burgers or grilled cheese, there is nothing better.
OK, now I am off to hide in a closet…
Velveeta. My husband and I are both working class kids from the Midwest. Velveeta was a near and dear part of our childhoods and we won't give it up. There's nothing better for cheesy scrambled eggs or to mix with a can of Rotel in a crockpot.
