I made the best Fijian style fish curry in May.
Made an absolutely fantastic smoked chili this spring! Put all the veggies, beans, etc. In a Dutch oven and put a "meatball" above it and ran the smoker until the meat was fully cooked. Shredded the meat and put in chili sauce for another 2 hrs before serving.
