Big Night, Babette's Feast & Someone Is Killing The Great Chefs Of Europe are 3 of my absolute all time favorite books & movies.!!! [ Movie Version: Who's Is Killing The Great Chefs Of Europe ]

I have several of Anthony Bourdain books: World Travel: An Irreverent Guide / Bone in the Throat / Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly / Appetites: A Cookbook. They all in many way are culinary masterpieces... Sharing perspectives of all aspects of the industry, cynically amusing, yet poignant, I miss his wonderful twists on reality... Calling him a 'Mistro', is like calling Mozart a good pianist...

Andrew in your unique way, I find you to have that gift too, thus I subscribe... if you've made a show, I've seen them, and all the reruns. A mentor you have been for decades, just like Bourdain, yet each in your own unique style, a Mistro as well in your niche... I'm not kissing-ass, I'm being honest & truthful, because it's fact...

Andrew, you, Anthony Bourdain & Alton Brown made my interest in Culinary industry to become a reality as chef... AZ your courage to travel and eat what looks like the inedible, Anthony's travel insights couple with his cynical perspectives... then Alton brings the science and molecular to a new culinary level, I go ape shi-ola for that stuff.!!!

Knowing that Tater-Tots are always hugely popular, and it seems like Ore-Ida has the market locked?? Riddle-me-this Food Man, WHY aren't there 'Gourmet' versions exploding onto the tater-tot market, and if there are, tell me, tell me & tell us all??

Have a spectacular weekend Andrew, Molly & all your subscribers, Cheers & Salute'...

Continuing with the culinary literature motif, ‘Spilling the Beans’ by Clarissa Dickson Wright (one half of the two fat ladies). Great read, just an fyi, ‘pissed’ means drunk in the UK.

Ok, I don't know what I was expecting from this, I actually didn't have any expectations I just stumbled upon it but I enjoyed it very much and thank you. I think the best part was the end "why am I swearing so much? I think it's time to go to bed". I'll be back this was fun. and amazing plug for the Marriot Boise too!

What’s cooking this weekend? Well.. the party’s over, our surprise stretch of 70’s temps is about to end as we drop to 30’s tomorrow & snow Tues. So tonight, everything’s going on the grill!

But after just watching you & Joanna bust out GMA’s meatloaf…I think that’s what’s happening this weekend 😂 I usually just make for the leftover sandwich, but that looked so perfectly comforting for our chilly weekend. And anchovies in the green goddess? WTH?? Who knew? Will also be trying that. Thx for the yummy ideas….keep ‘em coming

Definitely interested in A Gentleman in Moscow, but living in Florida, I guess I won't fully enjoy it....ha

My must have for Thanksgiving dessert is your basic pumpkin pie.
