Excellent suggestions for handling 'food' issues... those are always tricky situations when having dining guest... Andrew, I've served your Roast Leg of Lamb w/ Lemony Dill Sauce at several holiday feasts, and everyone just flipped... and it makes a "Showstopper" presentation...
