See? That's what I'm talking about. Backstrap is nice, but legs are where it's at. Personally I'd be more inclined to go with carnitas - cook bone-in, but shred and brown when it's done. That said, I'm not gonna yuck your yum.

Ok, I’m not done here, took a break from planting the garden in 87 degrees, and now I get stop thinking about this question. Which leads to my follow up question; which chef would you trust to do the cooking?

Wow this is some freaky sh*t. Good forearms have always caught my attention, although I don't eat chicken wings, so maybe not. I think I'd like to be "dispatched" via wood chipper (Fargo) and then mixed with beans to make a nice chili.

Hey AZ, I found the initial 'Welcome' receipt to Spilled Milk... yet unfortunately there wasn't a 'link' to your Digital Cookbook.... Thanks for the effort, yet I still am unable to find the link on all your sites.... BTW: I'm really enjoying your lesser known show, "Andrew Zimmern's Wild Game Kitchen"... I'm an outdoor guy all summer long, so watching your 'Open Fire' cooking, tips & techniques has been terrific.!!!
