See? That's what I'm talking about. Backstrap is nice, but legs are where it's at. Personally I'd be more inclined to go with carnitas - cook bone-in, but shred and brown when it's done. That said, I'm not gonna yuck your yum.
Ok, I’m not done here, took a break from planting the garden in 87 degrees, and now I get stop thinking about this question. Which leads to my follow up question; which chef would you trust to do the cooking?
Wow this is some freaky sh*t. Good forearms have always caught my attention, although I don't eat chicken wings, so maybe not. I think I'd like to be "dispatched" via wood chipper (Fargo) and then mixed with beans to make a nice chili.
Wow…Mr Biscuit…perfectly weird question …both wanted & didn’t want the answer. Note to Andrew…might want to pass on invitations to Mr. Biscuit’s house for a bit.
Andrew, I came across a offer on your ste, "Andrew’s Best 25 Recipes Digital Cookbook", and if you sign-up for Want the free digital cookbook delivered to your inbox?
Sign up for 'Andrew Zimmern’s Spilled Milk'...?? I did sign-up, yet I don't seem to have access to the Digital Cookbook download... so someone send me a link to the digital cookbook to download... Thanks...
Hey Andrew, you're a KING & great THANKS for the 'link' to your AZ's Top 25 recipes cookbook, I truly appreciate, and quite impressed with the quick turnaround on my request... Hope you had a terrific weekend in the 'Land of 10,000 Lakes... Being a Badger vs a Gopher, we wisconsinites say, "When it rains in Minnesota, it doubles the number of lakes or large puddles".... Again, thanks for your assistance & have a great week....
Hey AZ, I found the initial 'Welcome' receipt to Spilled Milk... yet unfortunately there wasn't a 'link' to your Digital Cookbook.... Thanks for the effort, yet I still am unable to find the link on all your sites.... BTW: I'm really enjoying your lesser known show, "Andrew Zimmern's Wild Game Kitchen"... I'm an outdoor guy all summer long, so watching your 'Open Fire' cooking, tips & techniques has been terrific.!!!
Oh come on, you don't have any parts that would be scrumptious cooked slow and low?
As my friend the hunter says.. parts is parts, everything can be made to taste good.
