Katchkah which means duck I think. The restaurant had 17 iterations of duck. I was there 6 years ago and then it was over 300 years old. The duck was wonderful. Old world Prague. We stayed at the Hotel Paris which was named to be a slap in the face of the Nazis who took it over in WW2. It was commandeered by the Nazi high command for its high ranking officers. It gave this Jew great joy to use the same toilets as the defeated Nazis if you get my meaning. The hotel had a restaurant which made a dessert of a multilayered chocolate cake with fresh peaches. I have the recipe but I don't know where to post it. stu borken stubeee

Our favorite restaurant in Prague is U modre kachnicky II (The Blue Duckling). Spectacular food and service.
Duck in Prague is a culinary masterpiece. stu b
