Grilled Pizza is unbelievable with certain techniques.

My first desire each season is a grilled and charred beef hot dog and/or a good burger on a grilled bun. Grilled onion is awesome. My family loves sweet onions cut to the root, and prepped with butter, pepper and soy or Worcestershire sauce. Wrap in foil and grill until soft. So sweet and succulent. So many options and all delicious!

Ooooo, everything is better with fire. And I'm such a carnivore. :) But salmon actually. Specifically THIS salmon. It's perfection. https://www.sunset.com/recipe/car-dogs-sweet-cured-smoked-salmon. I have made it many times a summer for years and never get tired of it.

1st and foremost...Whole grilled fish. Grilled scallions. Also, Thick sliced beets.when grilled, could (almost) pass for meat. (Not that I don’t already adore beets. Andrew, have you ever grilled celery? Just wondering. I don’t live in a place I can grill. Forever longing.

Big fan of anything grilled, but our go-to is filet mignon…almost every Saturday night in grilling season (which is somewhat year 'round, here in Georgia). We're creatures of habit when it comes to a great steak.

If I'm grilling something, my fav would be a filet (and I only eat red meat maybe 3x/year.) And I totally "bastardize" it....butterflied and med-well at least! I know....I know....but that's the way I like it, so all you purists calm down! Then I make an amogio sauce to drizzle on top. Sicilian. Yum.

Whole chickens, sometimes standing on a pile of veggies, or spatchcock. Any grill-able fish. (Love a meal of tossing various seafood on the grill as courses or small plates…and lingering over the meal for hours) Homemade pizza..right on the grates, absolutely ANY vegetable!! And usually all grill nights end with grilled fruit! 🧡 even smoked a pineapple a couple times. That is an intoxicating scent as smoking. And delicious.

Also, I just remembered salmon burgers. Those we grill on the ‘ole charcoal fire!

I like to slow cook a rib roast with indirect heat (hickory charcoal) on my old Weber.

Chicken is my favorite, sometimes with my homemade barbeque sauce. Love to grill steaks and burgers. Still on a learning curve with grilling. Sometimes it's beautiful, the next time, the chicken, especially, is raw inside. Very frustrating!

My go to is Filet mignon. Will grill well into the winter as it isn't really ever too cold here in Georgia.

I must agree I love the grilled chicken and I endlessly experiment with different rubs and sauce components. Also, I have firmly moved burgers indoors (some might be against this). 😎

Cornell chicken. Born in the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY, and found basically nowhere else, it is a salty, vinegar marinade and baste, and it is sooo good.

Wild boar ribs glazed and charred in sauce of choice- I like a “teriyaki peanut sauce” topped with ground toasted peanuts and cilantro grilled over Mesquite or pecan. 👌🏽
